1. Quotas for women and diversity on corporate boards
California has signed a new law for diversity on boards of publicly traded companies in 2021 to have at least one racially, ethnically or otherwise diverse director. This number will increase to 2 or 3 by 2022 depending on the size of the board.

GEN Z HAS ARRIVED!

Named « Gen Z », the next generation following millennials has arrived and merit our attention.  They now represent 20% of the workforce (Statistics Canada) and combined with the millennials in 2020, they will total 50% of the workforce and increasing to 75% in 2030 according to the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC).
